This makeup will assess Kudler Fine Foods readiness for organizational change by identifying the obvious culture and organizational structure at Kudler, by excessively noting the leadership style. This paper will also address several internal and external events that could drive change at the organization.

The Apparent Culture at KudlerThe definition of apparent seems to be; or understood. With Kudler, the culture seems to be more of a gourmet and upscale culture. The store essentials everyone to fill as though the customers have been all over the world.

The Kudler team shops for the finest foods and products to have in the store. For example, the bakery department bakes both breads and pastries with Irish butter, organic eggs, and uncoloured flour. Kudler also offers some of their seafood?s right from the local fondness shops.



Allowing the customers to go and taste some Asian style foods and products. Kudler purchase varieties of apples and tropical fruits from around the world. To out stress the chain of command to each one store has an organization charts. Organizational charts help summarize the line of authority in an organization (Gomez-Mejia, L. & Balkin, D. 2002). Kudler states their charts as databases. With this database, it explains each line from the customer?s special dates to remember, all the sort down to the exact detail tender.
